Refund and Returns Policy


We have a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, you must provide pictures of the issue. You will also need the receipt or proof the alterations or products were provided by The Perfect Fit. Returns are not accepted for face masks.

To start a return, please contact us at If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as any further instructions on how to send your package. Once we receive the items, we will complete the needed changes and then send your items back to you. Items sent back to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Exceptions/Non-returnable items

Certain types of Items cannot be returned, such as face masks. Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item(s) is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can correct the issue.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
